The closest airport to Highlands is Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and requires a 1.5 hour drive to town. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (ATL) requires a 2 hour drive.

Highlands is an adorable town located in the mountains of North Carolina. There are limited accommodations in town and they book up quickly. Guests can book their rooms at any of the hotels/inns listed on our website as early as May 1, 2024 and we recommend reserving your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability. There are also several Airbnb options within the town that can accommodate larger groups. If you would like suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us.

We highly encourage our guests to stay on or within walking distance to Main Street. Friday's festivities will take place at Piermont Cottage which is a short walk off of Main Street. On Saturday, we have arranged wedding transportation for guests that will pick up and drop off in front of Old Edwards Inn on Main Street.

We have room blocks at Old Edwards Inn, 200 Main, Park on Main, and Skyline Lodge.

Please note there is limited to no access to rideshare/taxi services such as Uber and Lyft in Highlands.
